Ricardo Mirón

Chief Technology Officer, Digital Public Good Alliance

Ricardo is a technical leader and civic technologist dedicated to leveraging technology as a catalyst for social change. He currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA) and as an Advisory Board Member for the Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure (CDPI). In these capacities, he leads global initiatives to accelerate the discovery and deployment of open-source solutions to address complex societal challenges. With a foundation in software engineering, Ricardo’s career includes driving civic tech and open data projects at Code for México, mentoring emerging talent in AI and cloud technologies at Microsoft, and co-founding Future Lab, a community dedicated to the dissemination of science and technology.
