Paul Sharratt

Paul Sharratt is Policy and Research Lead at the Sovereign Tech Agency, a German government organization strengthening digital infrastructure in the public interest. His work focuses on the governance, sustainability, and financing of open source ecosystems, with particular attention to how public institutions can invest in the maintenance and security of critical digital infrastructure. He has co-authored research on open source impact measurement and works with partners across government, civil society, philanthropy, and technology communities to build more resilient open digital infrastructure.
