Michelle Baptiste is a results-oriented, public sector management professional. She has senior experience in research, policy development, and leadership of various digital transformation programs within the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Michelle is passionate about the transformative potential of open-source solutions and digital public infrastructure to improve public-sector service delivery, strengthen institutional capacity, and support inclusive digital transformation.

Michelle has a proven track record in the management and delivery of enterprise ICT solutions for the public sector. Her nine years in senior sales leadership, gave her a commercially grounded perspective on digital transformation and sharpened her ability to connect strategy, vision, and practical implementation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

She is also a mentor and lifelong learner who enjoys supporting high performance in others, exploring the potential of generative AI, and embracing new professional challenges.  For over fifteen (15) years, Michelle has lectured part-time at the Master’s level in the areas of sales and strategic marketing.
