Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata

Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata assumed the post of the 13th Secretary-General of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) in September 2022, and was reappointed for a second term as of 16 September 2025. 

Immediately prior to this, he had served as Senior Vice President of Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) LLC, a state-owned enterprise as a single window to evaluate, formulate guarantee structures, and provide guarantees for infrastructure projects under the public–private partnership (PPP) scheme in infrastructure provision since 2015. Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata was conferred a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Japan after receiving an MA in Accounting from the University of Indonesia. He received his Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University, Indonesia.
