Madhukar is the CEO of Co-Develop, which he founded out of Omidyar Network, where as Managing Director he built the firm's global work on digital identity and digital public infrastructure. He brings more than 25 years of experience in impact investing, policy, and scaling nonprofits, and is a Young Global Leader (WEF), Eisenhower Fellow, Ashoka Fellow, and Echoing Green Fellow.
