Beth Fatusin

Beth Fatusin is the Managing Director of North America Financial Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she leads the strategy and go-to-market helping the world's largest financial institutions drive growth, modernize, and innovate with cloud and AI across Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Payments, and Fintech. An 11-year Amazon veteran, Beth has been instrumental in building and scaling high-performance sales teams that have driven significant revenue growth. She has incubated and grown multiple industry segments—including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Digital Native Businesses, and Startups— and now oversees one of AWS's largest and fastest-growing vertical businesses in North America, consistently exceeding targets with 20%+ year-over-year growth. Beth is recognized for her transformational leadership, customer obsession, and ability to build diverse, high-performing teams at scale. Prior to Amazon, she held sales leadership roles in both public sector and commercial segments at Cisco. She holds a Master's in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
